the purpose of my second blog is to provide myself a space for ramblings about my hobbies, training, thoughts, etc. i realize that most of my blogging friends will find this horribly boring, therefore, i am creating a separate blog for this... i also am somewhat concerned that this will increase the amount of time on the computer but let's face it, after josh goes to bed, i am always in front of the computer.
i think running and dabbling in triathlons has been great for my well being and really allowed me to be goal orientated in my workouts. as i am like that in all other facets of my life, it makes sense i do that with my workouts.
so, here is to a new blog!!!
