so we went to mexico and i was soooo excited to get some outside runs in. had these big plans for 10 milers around the resort and sand running.... i even brought my brand new garmin and road ID. i ended up wearing the road ID most of the trip as i was in mexico... can't hurt.
anyways, back to running. when we got in, i went for a nice 4 miler and then we walked around with new flipflops and bam.... 4 huge water blisters. no bueno!!!! so, i ended up doing the elliptical, swimming some laps and doing a little ocean swim and called it a week. we also did some outdoorsy stuff (rappelling/ziplining) so we were active ... in between laying around and eating :)
